Key Personnel at Purcell Advisory Services
Principal Sondra J. Purcell has more than 27 years of experience in the financial services profession. Prior to founding Purcell Advisory Services in 1998, she was co-founder of Portfolio Strategies, Inc. in 1982 and worked with the firm for 16 years. Sondra has long been in the forefront of establishing “manager of managers” relationships to provide clients with diversified asset management strategies incorporating risk management.
Principal Teri L. Weigel, CFP®, is the supervising member of Purcell Advisory Services with more than 35 years of experience in the financial industry. Her extensive investment experience has included serving as a financial and operations principal in a regional brokerage firm and as a financial consultant at Merrill Lynch.
Chief Operating Officer Sue E. Summers, Sue Summers recently joined Purcell in the role of Chief Operating Officer. Her over 20 years of operations and management experience in financial services includes working for a retail brokerage, mutual fund company and registered investment advisor. A Pacific Northwest native, Sue graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Political Science and Economics. In her free time, she enjoys birding, gardening and volunteering and currently serves on several non-profit boards. Sue and her husband Al enjoy traveling and ballroom dancing. “Over the course of my career, I’ve been fortunate to have had a variety of challenging opportunities. Marketing & Internal Sales Director Felicia D. Lewis comes to Purcell Advisory Services with nearly 3 years of experience in the financial industry and 7 years of experience in sales support. Before making her move to Purcell, Felicia was the Business Development Manager for a local investment advisory firm. Felicia is currently pursuing her Series 65 license and holds a bachelors degree from Washington State University.
Business Manager A.E. Allen has 30 years of experience providing professional business services in the areas of human resources and federal compliance auditing as well as consulting services for small business. Please contact Alan regarding commissions.
Manager Suhn M. Kauh has more than 16 years of experience in the investment industry. Suhn is a graduate of Ohio State University and worked with a regional broker/dealer before joining Purcell in 2001.
Our Trading and Operations Team, Caryn M. Michaels, Nikki L. Cannella, Aaron J. Malo, and Aron A. Reinvik offer professional and courteous back office support to advisors as well as skillfully executing trades across our mutual fund and variable annuity platforms on a daily basis.
