The program seeks to utilize high yield bond mutual funds to
achieve above-average total return with less volatility than the
general high yield market. |

| Multi-Index Equity Strategy |
The program seeks to provide capital growth while minimizing risk
by employing long or inverse positions of Rydex Dynamic OTC and
Inverse Dynamic OTC; Rydex Dynamic S&P 500 and Inverse
S&P 500; and Rydex Dynamic Russell 2000 and Inverse Dynamic
Dynamic Russell 2000. Rydex Money Market is also used as part of
risk management. Assets are allocated in varying percentages to
the appropriate funds according to the program's model. Up to
100% of an account's assets may be committed to any of the
above funds on any given day. |

The program is based on a disciplined, risk reduction strategy of
asset allocation. Utilizing mutual funds as the investment vehicle,
the program allocates among different sectors and indices. This
program does not short the market nor use inverse mutual funds. |

of money managers with various investment styles in an effort to

The goal is to productively manage risk and convert volatility
into incremental returns in both up and down markets.
The strategy is to commit up to only 75% of the assets at any time. |
